I have no idea how to make the background image fit into the div block and also it doesn't move or change size while resizing the screen

    well the first thing to remove is the background-attachment: fixed; from your background images

    also you might want to read about CALC in CSS

    Hey! Since you already set the width for each .nav-selection, setting a width for .rightNav causes the links inside to overflow that 30% width.
