CSS Grid-Testimonial

Hey my fellow developers, I really messed up on my HTML code, (I think I did anyway). I rushed this one, sometime I get a little to excited to start a new challenge. I don't give myself time to think how to go about setting up my HTML. So when I'm ready to add CSS my CSS isn't all over the place. I know I need to simplified my HTML so CSS would be easier and I don't get lost, which I did. I would love to know how you guys plan out your challenges before starting. I can't figure out the spacing on the mobile version any suggestions. Thanks.
