So your solution looks great but to help clear accessibility issues.
- Instead of modal header you can use header
- ID's must be unique don't use them twice
And on your solution on the pop up under the enter your bid, your amount and the button wraps on smaller devices.
- reduce your margins on smaller devices for your cards to have enough space.
