What are you most proud of, and what would you do differently next time?

I am proud of JavaScript used in this code.

What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?

I encountered problem with multiple backgrounds, fixed it after a few minutes, with ticket icon : It was too big for small screens, I did not really know what to do so I decided to flip it vertical (on small screens).

What specific areas of your project would you like help with?

I would like feedback and help with positioning ticket number and ticket itself.
