    Gostei bastante do resultado do seu projeto, mas tenho algumas dicas que acho que você vai gostar:

    Existem muitas maneiras de fazer o efeito hover na imagem, a que eu usaria é pseudo elementos ::before, ::after. Você pode usar pseudo-elementos para alterar a cor de fundo azul para hsla. Em seguida, a opacidade pode ser alterada de 0 para 1 no pseudo elemento no hover.
