Found it not easy.
Had hard times dealing with the irregular gradient background round-corner and the input radio opacity and border-color designs.
I wrapped a min-width empty content div along with the sent messages, in order to push them to the right side of mobile. I think should be a cleaner way to do it.
Can somebody help me on that?
