Hi Carlos!
It's well done, maybe the text could be a little bigger but it's really quite good, there are no mistakes. It is a small project to enter the world of the challenges in CSS is not intended to make it responsive or javascript. You have done very well.
That if the theme of labels I thought you had done it with Tailwind or SASS.
If you can, practice using class naming methodology like BEM, learn the SASS preprocessor and download the AxeDev Tools browser extension (A useful tool if you want to see accessibility issues on your page before uploading it here).
I have nothing more to say good project keep it up!
