Card validation form

The hardest challenge I've done so far. I learned regex to complete this challenge and researched a lot new information about forms. I feel like I am using too many divs, but as I like using Flexbox and I couldn't reduce them if I wanted to keep the layout. Is there any downside to using too many divs, maybe slow load times or less accessible website? I would also like to hear any improvement tips on my javascript, I think it works great but isn't it a little messy? I added some functionality, you can check readme for more.
