    use box-shadow: inset 0 0 0 3px color in all button element insted of border on hover state. Then your page didn't jump on hover state. Then add transition.Then add cursor:pointer; on the tab button.Then you can improve your footer logo.work with inline svg. you can check this playlist. Then the header width will be 100%
