  • link to github repository not working
  • an h1 heading is not present
  • do not skip headings , headings should ascend in order h1, h2, h3 etc
  • background image not being shown between 376px and 1020px

  For some screen, the error-icon and input button not in the right position. In mobile view, error-icon is hidden below input button.
