If I view it at different resolutions in Dev Tools it looks fine. If I resize the browser it doesn't change at all. Not sure why. It does work on different devices so how it looks resizing the browser doesn't matter.

@brodiewebdt note that I have designed for desktop/computers, tablets, phablets, and smartphones. If you are viewing from a tab or tablet it is meant to be that way

@Abdul400 I was using Chrome and Firefox. Not sure why it isn't working in mine. It could be a plugin. It looks fine in Dev Tools. That's what matters.
