Attempt using React, Styled Components and Typescript

-used mathjs to handle computation
-creating a calculator is a really good coding challenge : you really need to think through all the edge cases and goofs that can arise
-maybe did a "cop out" in handling integer overflow / underflow and decimals...
-trying to get more comfortable with Typescript
-need to go back and adjust for browser style preferences.
