Articel Preview Component

• Tried really hard for the css part, but when I run into "active state of desktop". I couldn't place it properly.

• Then I thought it would be easier with Bootstrap.

• I pushed to commit so there will be a return point, then restarted it with bootstrap. Came to the same active state elements and tried to do it with "popover".

• But as far as my knowledge goes, I couldn't manage it with popover neither (it doesn't allow you to custom handle the content of the popover, tried some work around yet couldn't succeed)

• It took me two days, and then I came to a point to check other's solutions. Then contemplating on one, and then I copied it, changed and adjusted according to my liking.

• Also added a current date part with javascript.

There is a lot of things to learn, and I sincerely appreciate any motivating comments or tips you think helped you in any scenario that could help me as well.
