Solution retrospective

I'm always striving for pixel-perfect design and how to best approach the design documents/Figma. This time, I feel like I got pretty close.

I'd love feedback from anybody on best practices and how to achieve the hover state in the design? I tried adding the values in the Figma to a hover pseudo selector, but they aren't currently showing up.

Any and all thoughts are sincerely appreciated!
