Advice generator app solution

Hello,

This is my first attempt using APIs. This was a milestone in my learning because previously, all my independent projs are static so this opens up doors for more creative and functional applications.

If you have constructive feedback on index.js (could it be refactored? Is there some cleaner, simpler code that is more appropriate?) or accessibility issues, that would be appreciated.
