A GitHub Use Search App

This project is the first project in which I worked with Next and Tailwind. Next is probably a bit overkill for a project of this kind, I'm aware of that. Nevertheless, it was an ideal project to learn how to use various features of this framework.

I am unsure about my implementation of the API request. I haven't really worked with APIs in the past, so this was really new territory for me. Regarding best practices, it would help me if I could get feedback on my folder and file structure.
