To be honest, I struggle with the same problems myself.
Normally what I do is make some changes and see what it looks like in the browser and keep tweaking till it looks 'good enough'. I know that may not be a popular answer but the good thing is your final designs don't have to be 'pixel perfect' - unless that's what you're going for.
If you are going for pixel-perfect design, I'd suggest getting a pro-subscription to get the designs, otherwise just eyeball it.
