3-column-component

• I tried make the component scalable with em units and everything scaled except button. Don't know why.
• Tried scale image with transform: scale(), it worked, but not exactly as I thought. The smaller image was the more moved to the center and I couldn't move it to the left & top border of section
• I still have problems to make component responsive in that way for example if I shrink viewport, the component don't shrink as I want to, and sometimes start to overflow and sometimes don't.

Any feedback is welcome.
