Solution retrospective

Hello Hello FM community!

This is my solution for the 3 Column Preview Card challenge.

If anyone has any advice, I would be most grateful as it will help me in my next challenges and grow as a developer.

Some of my current doubts: 1 - How can I use Semantic HTML better? Should I replace any div with another tag? 2 - CSS Organization - I'm currently using a VS Code CSS Sort extention. What are the CSS best practices regarding its organization?

Thanks!

Hello Lucas!

Your solution looks excelent!

Since you asked for feedback on semantic HTML, I have one suggestion:

  • In order to make your HTML code more semantic, only use one <h1> per page - this should represent the main heading/title for the whole page. Unlike what most people think, it's not just about the size and weight of the text.

šŸ“Œ The <h1> to <h6> tags are used to define HTML headings.

šŸ“Œ <h1> defines the most important heading.

šŸ“Œ <h6> defines the least important heading.

šŸ“Œ And don't skip heading levels - start with <h1>, then use <h2>, and so on.

This change has little or not effect at all on the project, but it makes your HTML code more semantic, improving SEO optimization as well as the accessibility of your project.

I hope it helps!

Other than that, you did a great job!
