  I recommend leaving the alternative text empty for all the car icons. Those car icons do not give any information to the users. In other words, they are decorative images.

  For your information, decorative images are images that don't add any information and serve only aesthetic purposes.

  I recommend improving your solution by making adjusting the size of the cards. Now, your cards are smaller than the original design.

  For your information, it is possible to make the site responsive with no media queries. I recommend taking a look at my solution. I wrote the technique that I used on the README.
