17th Challenge - Interactive rating component with Tailwind and React

I used google translator.

This challenge was conducted to learn Tailwind CSS. Tailwind CSS is really good. It's easy to use and customizable as long as you know the ClassName.

However, when I think of styled-components, I think that it doesn't suit React.

But I may have thought this way because I'm not used to it yet, so I'll try to use it a bit more.
